bought 5-pack but refuse to activate for the second install

hi

I am having a problem with the installation. I have purchased 5-pack but I am not able to activate on second installation. Do I need another key for that. End of the purchase gave me only one key so I think that should be used for every installation?
please do this on priority.

Yes, you are correct. You will receive only 1 license that should install successfully on 5 machines. Could you please email your serial number to sc[at]kevinlangdon.com

What is the actual error that you are getting? When activating do not enter an activation number, only enter the serial number.
