I've looked through all the posts and don't see anything similar to the problem i'm having. I've been using ServiceCapture almost daily for the past year. However, last week, once I installed the latest update the program won't open. Instead all I see is the windows open application button down on the programs bar. It says ServiceCapture Trail.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times, but nothing ever opens; it just hangs there in limbo. I do have my activation code and serial number, but since I uninstalled and reinstalled i can't even get to that screen. In fact I can't even right-click on the ServiceCapture button on the windows bar to close it. I have to open the task manager and stop the process.

Any thoughts as to what's going?

I have the exact same problem. (Windows XP)
Even installing a previous version doesn't help.
