I am using service capture to debug Flex code . I found that service capture is showing timezone(BST,GMT) in attribute of type DATE. My question here is :

Is time zone is being figureout by service capture or is it showing timezone as it is recieving it from application ?

Example :

For all dates before 29/03/2009 it is showing timezone GMT and from there after it is showing timezone as BST.
