Service Capture does not display any data

I went to Macromedia Exchange site and also other Flash apps. However, no data is listed on the Screen Capture.

I am using IE with no proxy.

Any ideas?

How are you connecting to the Internet? Are you connecting via a LAN connection in IE?

I have seen issues where users are using the dialup and VPN settings in IE instead of LAN. To know, go to Tools-Internet Options-Connections in IE. See if you have any Dialup settings listed there. These will override the LAN settings at the bottom.

If you do have dialup settings, I would suggest that you click on that dialup settings item and configure it using Automatic Configuration Script for more details on that see the Firefox Setup forum.
