I've just discovered the power of the map to file feature and am loving it! Just a few enhancements that came to mind and would really make my life easier using it.

1. make the map to file window non-model, at the moment I can't scroll through the list of captured data when its open.

2. have an enable/disable checkbox next to each map to file rewrite, I often want to switch between an online and offline copy of a file and its quite annoying having to set it up again every single time.

3. enable map to file settings to be written to file and imported, allows me to easily use it on another machine running ServiceCapture or keep a copy for backup purposes if I ever need to look at a project again and debug.

Thanks for a fantastic product! Hope any of these enhancement requests will make it in one of the next releases.

Cheers,
Peter

I will append to those requests an absolutely need of the capability to write to a mapped file while this file is used by ServiceCapture.

eg : When using Flash with a mapped SWF file, you can't export to this SWF file because Windows tells you that another software is using the file. It means that you need to close Service Capture, publish and ....

.... second request : you need to empty browser cache before the proxy reload the file even if you select "prevent caching" in Service Capture. So please, force reload of any mapped file when prevent caching is on.

I am proudly promoting (and buying) this tool into the corporation I work for, but those two defaults are show stoppers for my all days work.
