dislike the separate PC/Mac license

I'm running an Intel MacBook Pro with OSX and Win XP in Parallels. Had hoped to be able to use the same serial for ServiceCapture both on Mac and Windows -- unfortunately doesn't seem to be the case.

Any planned changes for this type of situation, either allow the serial to be used across platforms or a bundle price for a Mac+PC license?

I have no problem with one license being used across mac and pc. However the two systems are managed by two different 3rd parties and therefore it is a manual process to migrate serial numbers from one to the other. Please email me your serial and I can fix this.

Licensing has now been fixed so that one serial can work across any platform.
